I have worked with mental health and housing services for over ten years for third sector organisations and local authorities.  I currently sit on the Board of the Cardiff and Vale Mental Health Forum, and I was the mental health consultant for the implementation of CCBC’s Housing Register, where I was able to incorporate my interest in bringing compassionate approaches into mental health policy.

Over the years, I've worked for Crisis Intervention Teams, and Floating Support Services, enabling me to offer housing support and advice alongside therapeutic methods.  I have recently completed a Masters at USW in Mental Health which focused on therapeutic approaches to hoarding.

I'm a passionate believer that any form of support should be completely individualised.  The goals I am working towards alongside my clients range from creating more space to being able to have grandchildren over to visit.  I will advocate for you where needed, celebrate all achievements with you, and recognise at all times that this is your journey - I look forward to being a part of it!
