Kayley, Director

Kayley is the founder of Holistic Hoarding, which she set up whilst completing a MSc in mental health and realised how little service provision was available to people with hoarding behaviours.  She is an associate trainer for the Chartered Institute of Housing and Clouds End CIC and runs our in-house training on Trauma-Informed Approaches to Hoarding.

As Team Lead for Newport County, Elliott brings a 15-year wealth of experience in health and social care to the table. With his extensive background in training and management, Elliott possesses a unique set of skills that have enabled him to excel in a variety of roles and make a significant impact across various fields.

Hannah, Area Manager for Caerphilly

Hannah is a dedicated Project Co-ordinator for Holistic Hoarding, serving the Caerphilly County Borough alongside her team. With over 10 years of experience in mental health, Hannah has honed her skills as an occupational therapy assistant in low-medium mental health hospitals, working with patients from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Her wealth of experience has given her a unique understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of individualised support.

Celeste, Project Co-ordinator

With a 15-year background in the catering industry and experience as a support worker, Celeste combines her culinary expertise with a deep passion for helping others. Her role at Holistic Hoarding draws on her understanding of mental and physical health needs, developed through her support work and her tenure as a parent governor, including service on the Children and Young Persons Scrutiny Committee.

As a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker, Amy has spent over 15 years honing her skills in the healthcare sector, with a specialisation in areas such as autism, elderly care, learning disabilities, children and families, and mental health. With her extensive experience, Amy has developed a unique ability to connect with individuals of all ages, particularly children, on their level.
